Locally common in montane tropical forest above 350 m from Mt Lee (w. of Ingham) to Lamb Range 9w of Cairns) ne. Queensland. Nocturnal, arboreal, mostly solitary, moves slowly and carefully through canopy. Eats leaves from variety of rainforest trees.
